Exhibition Brand Identity Design

“Mathematics is a source of beauty.”
The patterns and structures we encounter in paintings, sculptures, and architecture often originate from mathematical principles. As algorithmic and data-driven creation becomes more prevalent, understanding the connection between math and visual art has become increasingly important.

Each January, the world’s largest mathematics conference, JMM (Joint Mathematics Meetings), hosts a “Mathematical Art Exhibition,” presenting works that translate mathematical thinking into visual form. These pieces demonstrate how proportion, symmetry, and order derived from math shape our aesthetic experience.

The exhibition <Origins of Math> explores the question: Where does beauty begin? By examining the mathematical logic embedded in visual works, the exhibition invites viewers to experience how mathematical ideas evolve into artistic expression and aesthetic meaning.
